Do all/most telescopes allow you to takes pictures and record video?

Most telescopes do not come with cameras or video. You have to mount a camera to the telescope. The camera can be an old fasioned SLR with 35mm film. Sorry, I don't know the price of a mount, but what really costs money is giving the telescope the ability to automatically track something, regardless of the cost of the camera, and the wide-field digital cameras do cost quite a bit of money.
