Is it easy to obtain a prescription for xanax and opiates on any Caribbean Island?

Ok, I know in Mexico, its easy breezy to go see a doctor for $50, andf get a 90 day supply of any pills you want legally. How about in the caribbean? Im looking for hydrocodone (prefer compounded or lorcets) and Xanax? Moneys not an issue......Do they do that there....
