Frozen Shoulder - does anyone have exercises I could do pls?
Heavens! Normaly there is no need for a manipulation under anaesthetic, most frozen shoulders completely heal themselves in 18 months but regular stretching exercises will restore your movement and ease the pain. Frozen shoulders are really painful but the more you use it the quicker it recovers. Walk your hand up the wall, pull it behind your back and put it behind your head. Push up to the pain, do 5x each 3 or 4 times a day. A physiotherapist will really help with this, manipulations are really painful afterwards and way too much in the early stages
