Should I get the American Express green Card or not?

So I got a pre approved green card in the mail today. Should I do it? I curently have a mastercard through chase. i put everything I buy, even 1 dollar items on it, but I pay of the balance 100% in full every month. Do you think it would be good to get the amex card? I am actually right out of college and am going to be facing my loans soon, but I was curious. The card has a $95 fee but is free for the first year. I know it would probably help with my social status with the ladies. What is the difference between it and the blue cards? Would you rather I should get Discover? I only have 1 credit card, would 2 be pushing it? I just want to know as much as I can. Thanks!
