How the **** do i get my money back from rippoff talent 6 agency!!!!?

signed up a little over a onth ago. tey told me it was only 2.oo dollars. id get my refund if i decide i dont want it. i called back THE NEXT DAY realizing i dont want to do it. ( be an extra in a movie) and i called and had them take off my information and cancel my account. i did not get my refund... and now 52.00 dollars is taken out from my account fom them!!!!!! they took the money out yesterday! im so pissed. and now i cant get ahold of them. can sumone help me please!! i have a daughter and cannot afford to have that much take out of my account every month.
