Which style of men's jeans is comfortable, popuar, and looks good?

I'm 5'11 and 140 lbs. I have two pairs of 31x30 low rise boot jeans from American Eagle, and they feel constricting around the waist. They have a little slack around the legs, but still give a general outline of my leg. They also are too short. I see people with various jeans that look cly, popular, and kinda roomy, and I want that kind. What would you recommend?
