Just bought Tide 2X Ultra and I think I am getting ripped off?

I have noticed in my front loader that powdered detergent suds up more than liquid. I notice,too, that my clothes seem cleaner with powdered detergent. I let the water run for a second, put in the powdered detergent and let it dissoleve, and then put the clothes in. Hope this helps you. Good luck!
