My boyfriend was pulled over on wednesday coming out of school?

The police men asked him for an I.D. and he took out his mexico i.d. SO the officer took him to jail and put a charge on him of forgery . The problem is that the I.D. that he had, had all his information but didnt have his fingerprint, because he sent alll his info to mexico and the id was brought to him. Felony 4 is what has been given to him. He is not have legal papers to be here. But i will marry him as soon as he is sent to immigration. This will happen when the immigration lawyer helps us out. So i will marry him and allow him to apply for a residency. I want to know what you think would happen next and what you sugest that he should do in his next hearing. Thank you.
