Where to find men's ballet leotards?

I am looking for either long sleeve or long sleeve turtleneck leotards to wear for ballet cl while it is cold out. Does anyone know where I can find them? Is there any difference in a woman's leotard, if I just got a larger size, if not could I just wear the women's one?
