Wisconsin faces a 3.6 billion dollar deficit over the next three years?

Why not rescind that huge business tax cut he gave last month if the state is so broke? It may not cover the whole deficit; but its awful hypocritical to p a huge tax cut and one month later cry that there is a big deficit looming over the next three years.
