Should the US ban all immigrants from Indonesia?

In an article in Newsweek this week it is reported that Indonesia is refusing to give the WHO information about strains of flus circulating within their countries. All other countries do so. But Indonesia takes the position that it is no one's business. This information is vital to tracking world wide developments in deadly flu strains.
