Push up to the pain, do 5x each 3 or 4 times a day. A physiotherapist will really help with this, manipulations are really painful afterwards and way too much in the early stages

Its all genetics.. some creams might help to lighten them but only time will really help them to fade away. For some women they don't fade. There are laser treatments you can get but I am guessing it is a bit pricey. I heard bio oil is one of the bests so if that didn't work, you might just need to let them fade on their own. Sorry.

Tug games are good, PROVIDED you have a good 'release' command, otherwise it becomes a dominance game. Playing with dog friends is another good way to burn off energy - our Dobie gets the chance to play with others down the park every day - even if it is only a short play, it breaks the day up and releases energy. One thing we did try with some success when it was too cold to go out was to create jobs for her in the house - like closing doors, putting toys away, etc. As you have a member of the most intelligent breed of dog in the world :), he will lap this up! I believed in the Bible before but can't anymore?

I'm not doubting the Bible because of evolution or because I don't want to serve God, but because there are just far too many internal inconsistencies in the Bible. Actually, the inconsistencies are nothing new, but in the past I could just rationalize it away. I even read and thought the apologists' explanations were sufficient, but as I found more inconsistencies, and not just the petty numerical ones you find on amateur sites, it became clear that apologists were just rationalizing things too. That apologists even said verses needed to be "harmonized", was an admission that the Bible can't be trusted to mean what it actually says. If a verse clearly says A, then it's simply dishonest to force it to mean B just to "harmonize" it with another verse, as with the different geneologies of Jesus in Matthew and Luke. Unless it's been objectively proven, you have to ume a verse means what it says, otherwise it's all speculation. Many of the messianic prophecies are also clearly just typological patterns taken out of their original historical context, like Isaiah 7:14, which refers to King Ahaz of Judah being threatened by his enemies. Even if you don't have any pre-existing bias against the Bible, why would a sign 700 years in the future be of any use to King Ahaz? Or if you use the dual prophecy argument, how could there have been another virgin birth 700 years before Jesus, uming virgin is the correct translation? I don't feel like there is anywhere for me to turn to get the complete truth. Since the Bible is the cause of my doubts, reading scripture probably is going to do more harm than good. Nor will praying to God for answers, unless God gives me external confirmation like a miraculous sign. I'm not looking for inner feelings of peace or joy after praying as confirmation, as I know that those are untrustworthy and can be experienced by believers of other religions too.

How to make a pinhole camera?

i did this in my photography cl!!! i brought in a medium sized tin and we painted it black (including insides and out) and drilled the tiniest hole on the curved surface of the tin. then we got some black duct tape and taped it over the pin hole, but so its easy to lift and put back down if you get what i mean. anyways, we bought some light sensitive paper and put it shiny side up inside of the tin facing the pinhole. so i went outside with my camera and took a photo of my friend just by lifting up the duct tape for 3 seconds (theres a whole lotta variables in order to figure out how long you need to leave it for). you see, the light sensitive paper is SUPER sensitive in light and sometimes even 3 seconds is too strong, and will leave you with nothing but slur of black and grey bit of paper. one time, we didnt do it for long enough and the paper was all white except for a tiny dot of grey in the middle which was the startings of the photograph. haha anyways we took it back to the dark room and since the dark is pretty dark except for these orange lights (that dont affect the light sensitive paper) we were able to take the paper out without harming it. when you first take out the paper, it comes out white but you have to dip it in some dangerous chemicals to get your picture :) haha hope this helped, i loved doing this ignment at school!

Most physics and astronomy internships are for undergraduate or graduate students. You can check and see if CERN has any high school positions, but I doubt it. And you certainly won't find any for theoretical physics until you've had a couple years of college physics. Sorry - good luck googling it. Devastated, what do i do next?

With the WHO crying wolf, it is clearly going to undermine the credibility of specialists and scientist who insist there is a danger in all field from geologists predicting eruptions and earthquakes to "climate scientists" warming of impending doom. I suppose it is possible for these strains to mutate into different more deadly strains but there are a lot of germs out there. It would be better if the scientists didn't cry wolf every time a little bug came along. When we get a real dangerous one, the population may ignore it. Similarly, it would be better if certain climate scientists didn't exaggerate their findings to a ridiculous extent. It doesn't' take much education to see through their BS.

Inquiries getting rid of roaches in apt.?

Moved into apartment and it has roaches in it. My left leg has gone skinnier than the right, how do i fix this?

ok so i recently was told i fractured my foot and my leg foot was placed in a cast, i find out that it was actually not fractured however there was damage and i was able to take the cast off after a week and a half, its now almost 3 weeks and i can walk perfectly fine, i can run jump etc although my leg still feels a little wierd, however it has lost a lot of muscle around the calve and ankle area and i feel ive lost my running speed. School is becoming a nightmare. Please help?

I have a hearing problem it is significant and mainly keeps me from hearing human voices clearly. High and low noises are much louder and often painful. I also have severe tinnitus (buzzing and ringing in my ears) that is exacerbated by spending time in noisey environments. I am in my 30s and in beauty school at a public votech. My hearing loss is relatively new. When I started school in January, I discussed it with my instructor, but he seems not to understand. There are some girls in the cl who my carpool partner says sit around and gossip about me right in front of me. They have been saying that I had a drug problem in my 20s but not to my face and they get away with this because I can't hear them doing it just inches away from me. They have spread this gossip to even my instructor and I think he believes it. It is so akward and I don't want to be the person always whining, so I've started to avoid cl, even though I am paying out of pocket while everyone else is on federal grants that I don't qualify for. I am trying to get help w/ my hearing but it is a slow process going through the testing. I also have high blood pressure and my medication has recently had to be adjusted due b/c my bp is very high and it exacerbates my tinnitus and it with my tinnitus I get frequent headaches. These girls whisper and cackle and the loud laughing hurts my hears. I was out today and my teacher said to my car pool ride that he hopes I am dropping out. He is so unfair. My car pool friend was out the other day and he gave her credit for the entire day by clocking her in and out. I was out for a doctor's appointment that day and I didn't get any credit. He says that I have to get a doctor's note to come back to school. I made an appointment w/ the psychologist at my doctor's clinic tomorrow. I have social anxiety and a fear of going back to school now. I need her to help me deal with my depression and anxiety and fears and to write a note that will get these absences excused and get me back on track. I am not really behind in my school work, in fact I was rather upset that I sat in that cl for the first 2 months but he didn't have anything for us to do b/c he did not yet have our texts or beauty kits. Question about earnest money

We signed a contingent offer to buy a house and put $1000 earnest money down with the realtor. The contingency was based on us selling our current home. It has been 2 weeks (the offer was for 60 days) and in that time we have found out we are pregnant and I have decided to stop working and stay home with our 4 kids so we really can't afford the new home anymore if we will be living off of just my husbands military paycheck. We really don't want to loose the earnest money by backing out so i'm thinking the only way not to loose the money is just to turn down any offers we get on our house in the next 6 weeks, but to do that would keep stringing the seller of the other house along and waste our realtors time...do you think if we told the realtor the truth we would still be able to get the earnest money back or is turning down any offers the only way to ensure getting our money back? thanx for any help!

I have been always wondering about how evolution is explained? How did certain organisms evolve into different types of species? It's weird, but certain animals have similar appearances with other animals. I noticed the crab has eight legs, claws, and moves in very fast paces in diagonal directions that lives in the sea and the shore. There are other animals that have a very similar appearance to these creatures, spiders, but to be more specific, tarantulas. They have similar appearances, and they walk in the same pace and direction. Did the spiders evolve from . What about lobsters? They have several legs, long and narrow bodies, claws, and stings. The other animal which appears similar are scorpions. They have similar appearances and walk in same paces and directions. These shellfish and insects also seem to have this unusual skin texture, skeletons on the outside, hair. Isn't this the similar theory as human beings relating to apes? What about the cats relating to tigers, lions, in the feline family, or the dogs relating to the coyotes and wolves, in the canine family? It's weird, but human beings don't really look like they've evolved from apes. This is just my opinion. The apes don't seem to have noses like human beings, but this is just my opinion. What should I do for an allergic reaction in a cat?

I think my cat is having an allergic reaction to some medicine I got from the vet.
